You can either download the entire collection:

  • EMBL format: RepBase9.07.embl.tar.gz
  • FASTA format: RepBase9.07.fasta.tar.gz

    then use: 

            gunzip RepBase9.07.embl.tar.gz
        tar xvf RepBase9.07.embl.tar

    to untar and uncompress it; or you can download each section separately from the subdirectories:
