Here you will find the Repbase Update collection.
You can either download the entire collection:

Repbase-derived RepeatMasker libraries:

REPET edition:
RepBase20.05_REPET.embl.tar.gz (42.84 MB)

then use:

        gunzip RepBase20.06.embl.tar.gz
        tar xvf RepBase20.06.embl.tar

or, if you have gtar installed:

        gtar -zxvf RepBase20.06.embl.tar.gz

to untar and uncompress it;
