You can either download the entire collection:

  • EMBL format: RepBase2.23.embl.tar.gz
  • FASTA format: RepBase2.23.fasta.tar.gz

    then use: 

            gunzip RepBase2.23.embl.tar.gz
        tar xvf RepBase2.23.embl.tar

    to untar and uncompress it; or you can download each section separately from the subdirectories:
